Boo! haha.. Been so busi the past weekend.

Thursday
Went shopping with celine at night. Din really buy anything. haha.. i seriously need a small handbag.. lolx. Den went Swens find siti cos she worked till 10pm.Ended up learning ordering with her. lolx. I'm sucha slacker. till now everything dun noe. i wonder how to cope when i go back to work tmr.


Friday
Darlings' day! lolx. went kbox-ing. And Happy Happy birthday to Jesse~! hehex...I find it pretty funny... My first time meeting jesse.. and its her birthday.. aand most importantly.. she heard the worse of me. lolx.. Took pics. haha. too bad siti had to go back earlier. thanks to the black dino. hmmm.

Met up with Jac,Tee and Crabby cher( Mr Foo) for dinner.lolx. went to eat at cwp sakae sushi. Crabby came from Science center. cos of the Robotics Competition. Seems like this yr round.. Riverside did not make it into the finals. Sadly. And the cheer team is much of a smaller grp. Reminds me of all the robotics day.Sec 2.. Staying back in sch till late. to plan all the marketing stuff, setting up of booth and the designing and programming of our own robot. Miss those days that we rot at the Robotics room. Sec 3.. we went back as the cheer team. and we won the Best CHEER team. oh man, those were the days.

Call it Fate. We were given a seat jus behind our sec sch friends. Sumhow, it's like a unplanned sec sch gathering. lolx. so great to see everyone after 3 yrs. I forgot that Jac's working at Crown Prince swens. haha.. It's realli nice to meet up once in a while and realiZe that each of us are doing well and it felt like the past.=)


Sat and Sun-Philips Carnival Sale

i guessed the layout of the carnival was pretty disappointing.. cos we din expect it to be so..Pasar malam- like.. lolx.


Fun having so many familiar faces working together at the same time. the TV section itself have.. Dre,Sher,Les,Pema,Jy,Celine,Farhan-B3,Darry(Ter's friend) n me. Betty isaiah farhan n ter were at the home theatre Booth.


Had breakfast listen to the Philips ppl brief abt the tv. and was paired up and assigned to diff tvs. The pairs were weird. The person got poor judgement sia. I was paired with darry for the 42" plasma.. Celine with a guy whom we dun noe. lolx.


Sad to sae. I have Zero knowledge abt tvs. so it was like learning from scratch.ppl basically waited outside the gate for the carnival to start. Typical Singaporeans. kept running ard asking all the philips staff abt those technical terms. Time was like crawling lar. basically damn tired. kept repeating the same thing again again n again. There was lunch and snacks for tea time. Was nt hungry at all. but sat down to eat. cos we want to rest. Was pretty amusing to hear the wae ppl ask abt things. and how nasty singaporeans can be. TV side freaking busi. Ter still can slack and walk ard. When we managed to change a customer mind and buy something more ex.. there's where the satisfaction comes.


Part II
The 2nd day was better. Better knowledge abt the products. and damn that stupid tico pek for saying that we were not aggressive enuff. even added some promoters to the team. to push up sales. bastard. Daddy n mummy came too.hha.. cos i think my hse seriously needs some electrical applicanes. I dun like all the promoters lar. Think so highly of themselves. It's nt jus them i guess. the Philips staff werent tt nice either. Only Wilson is nice. Sumhow he reminds me of Patrick sir. Dun realli care abt those rules and stuff. veri sui bian. and he thinks for us.

I was singing to pema.. "Rain Rain come todae.." and the rain came. lolx. the rain didnt stop ppl from coming.haha.. singaporeans. bring umbrella come oso dun wanna miss out a gd offer. lolx.



The 2nd day was pretty enjoyable. cos we were nt as blur as dae1. lolx. After this carnival... Here's some things I learnt
  • What to look for when buying a tv set
  • All promoters are liars
  • The best promoter bullshit the most
  • Pros and Cons of Plasma n LCD tvs. lolx.. I think i can write an essay on it
  • Luckily the carnival is for just 2 days, if not.. Dre will suffer from serious diabeties.=P
