Sumhow, got this sudden urge to quit cwp and join mam jane. Sir raymond actualli offered mam jane, if she needs staff, he can arrange for us to go over and help. omg. but i seriously think he's just doing his communication skills lar. cwp is like getting more and more hopeless. i am not feeling the unitedness anymore.
It feels damn sad when to see all the managers slacking away whilst we all work like hell. perhaps not all managers. just some. in fact. just 2. the most important 2. the lead tt should be setting a gd example. and the support tt is supposed to be there. not always punching card.I used to work cos some fun ppl work.now i work to get enuf pay for mi to support myself. tt's the big diff. todae mama kept saying tt she need a staff at night. but basically i just heck care her.if the person hu asked mi to stay and help is mam jane or sir patrick.. tt would be another story.

many times we see things from our pt of view. whilst i hear edw complain abt work. i rem hearing other ppl complain abt him as well. during briefing, we like to tell our staff. communicate communicate. but.. we dun practise what we preach.
