Finally, i finish thermo paper. and i hereby annouced. i'm finished too.

Broke down when the paper ended. jus so angry at myself. lousy time management. and slow moving brain cells.everyone was like exclaiming abt the difficulty of the paper. inside me, all the things were like going bonkers in my brain. haywire liaoZ.
Marketing was a breeze. haha..=)

Dinner with pema dre and adrian at cwp. haha. sat and chatted for like hours. den simply rot ard at cold storage. looking at stuff, ice cream and wine. haha. rotting is jus our forte.saw my sis liting and vivian at cwp. darlings darlings. i'm missing u. lolx. miss work too~
my sis poor thing lar. but for one thing. scoldings by customer is like. part and parcel of customer service. Get used to it. Soon, u will understand tt. customer service is all abt putting on a SMILE, plastic or non-plastic. making those ppl hu think they have a lot of $ and the whole world is beneath them HappY. the trick is how to SMILE NATURALLY when u feel like smacking tt idiot right in front of u.What i will do is i'll jus smile and behind the doors, i might curse u like hell. So ppl, always be a NICE customer if u dun want to be cursed behind close doors.
